All Indonesia: A New Digital Era in Arrival Processing

Traveling to Indonesia used to involve long queues, paper-based customs forms, and multiple separate health declarations. Most of these documents had to be completed upon arrival — not exactly the ideal start to a vacation or business trip.

In 2025, Indonesia introduced All Indonesia, a digital platform that combines all mandatory arrival procedures into one unified online system. This innovation makes entering the country faster, smoother, and far more convenient.

What Is All Indonesia?

All Indonesia is a web and mobile platform that allows travelers to complete:

  • immigration arrival data,
  • customs declarations,
  • health and quarantine forms,

all in one place. After submitting the form, the system generates a QR code that must be shown during border control.

Why Was This System Created?

Indonesia aims to:

  • reduce waiting times at airports,
  • modernize government services,
  • improve data processing efficiency,
  • and simplify the arrival procedure for both tourists and Indonesian citizens.

Previously separate processes are now consolidated into a single, streamlined workflow.

How Does It Work?

  1. Visit allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or open the mobile app.
  2. Enter your personal and travel details.
  3. Complete the customs and health declarations.
  4. Submit the form — the process takes only 2–3 minutes on average.
  5. Save the generated QR code for inspection upon arrival.

The form can be submitted up to 3 days before arrival.

Benefits for Travelers

  • Faster entry at immigration checkpoints.
  • Less paperwork, with everything handled digitally.
  • More accurate and transparent data processing for authorities.
  • Convenient completion from home before the trip begins.

Frequent travelers in particular benefit from the simplified, modernized workflow.

Indonesia Steps Into a Digital Future

The launch of All Indonesia marks a major milestone in the country’s digital transformation efforts. The goal is to ensure that the arrival process is not a burden, but a smooth and welcoming experience.

As the Immigration Directorate puts it:
“Arrival is the first impression — it should be simple, efficient, and user-friendly.”
